sunday-school1Little excites us more than the prospect of sunday-school2a healthy Sunday School ministry contributing to the overall growth of a church. As a result, here at the Bronx Church, we have established the Sunday School Ministry to reach the unchurched and help our members to mature in Christian discipleship with the ultimate goal of reaching and teaching others to be disciples and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our Sunday School is basically a ministry of open small groups, usually divided based on age, “stage in life”, or topical interest. To foster an environment of development and opportunity for service, we practice the 3D (3-dimensional) approach to Sunday School where members work together to make their class a supportive and hospitable environment that motivates members:

  • to invite unchurched friends
  • to discover the great truths of the Bible and the faith stories of believers
  • to connect through fellowship and ministry
